These terms govern your use of otssteelsolutions.com, the website you are reading.
What these terms cover, and what they do not
They cover this website only. The inspection, certification and repair services themselves, and any quote you accept, are governed by the Terms and Conditions published in the customer portal, which are the agreement between us. Where the two could be read differently, the portal's Terms and Conditions govern.
The information on this site
The pages here describe our services and the standards we work to. They are published in good faith and kept current, but they are general information, not a survey of your building. Nothing on this website is an engineering opinion, a load rating, or a certification of any structure.
No reliance without an inspection
Racking capacity depends on the configuration, the condition and the history of the installation in front of you. Do not act on anything read here without a specific engineering assessment of your own site. An inspection produces that assessment; a web page cannot.
Ownership
The text, photographs, drawings, logos and layout of this website belong to OTS Steel Solutions inc. / Solutions d’Acier OTS inc. or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish the site or a substantial part of it, or use our name or logo to suggest an association that does not exist.
Links to other places
This site links out to our own portal, to Calendly, and to our LinkedIn and Instagram pages. Those are operated by other companies, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The version date at the top is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after it moves means you accept the current version.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, and any dispute belongs to the courts of the district of Montreal.
